“Stranded in the Scottish Highlands during a two week road trip by my Landrover's suspension failure and gearbox issues , we thought our holiday would have to be cut short and get transported back to Lancashire by the AA. Having contacted the main Landrover franchise in Inverness to explain our plight, they informed us that it would be 3 weeks before the repair could be assessed, then some time before it could be repaired. We only had 5 days to go! Cue Mann Auto, and Barry Cruikshank. Our Landrover was collected for us on Sunday 2nd July, taken to Mann Auto (120 mile trip) work started Monday 3rd July and repairs complete on Tuesday 4th. A new suspension compressor, front cross valve and a gearbox flush, in addition to some other minor issues had all been done and our holiday was saved. This is incredible customer service, they are extremely busy and certainly not short of business yet they pulled out all the stops for us,an unknown customer. Many thanks Barry, from myself and the rest of my family.”
